I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff really stood out with their exceptional service, always ready to help, and the free shuttle to JFK was a great perk. However, the rooms could use some maintenance as we faced plumbing issues during our stay, and the breakfast could be improved with more kid-friendly options.

Unfortunately, we experienced some plumbing issues with the sink draining poorly and the toilet not flushing in our first room, which was disappointing. The second room was much better but had a loose heating system door.
